ETI 860-036 is the Standard Sous Vide Kit, the alternative to the Premium kit (860-035). It is intended for sous vide cooking, where a fast reading helps achieve consistent results and stops meat over-cooking or drying out; ETI quotes less than one second to reach temperature. The kit thermometer has a type K thermocouple sensor, 0.1 resolution and an ABS case incorporating BioMaster product protection.
