The Brannan 31/158/0 is a digital paddle-style probe thermometer of Brannan's own design, with a 125 mm 304 stainless steel probe that stores in a protective case with pocket clip. It reads from -50 to +250 °C/°F with ±0.5 °C accuracy between 0 and 100 °C and 0.1 °C resolution, for food, cooking, sugar and jam work and agricultural checks. It is water resistant to IP65.

Brannan offers the 31/158/0 without calibration or with a UKAS calibration certificate at 1, 3 or 5 temperature points. A pre-calibrated THERMcert version is sold as TC-022 (0 and 90 °C).
