Brannan 38/600/0 is a handheld high precision test thermometer sealed to IP68, measuring from -40 to 300 °C through a tapered 150 mm stainless steel probe on a 1.35 m flexible cable. It reads to 0.1 °C with ±0.5 °C accuracy between -10 and 100 °C, and is HACCP compliant for food, catering and agricultural checks. Each unit ships with a 2-point factory calibration certificate at 0 °C and 100 °C.
