The ETI 810-730 is the white version of the Gourmet Thermometer, a water-resistant food thermometer with a folding penetration probe. It reads from -39.9 to 149.9 °C with 0.1 °C resolution and is sealed to IP65, so it copes with splashes in a busy kitchen. A hold button, °C/°F switching and a 10-minute auto-off are built in, and the case includes BioMaster protection.
