In midnight blue, the ETI 810-715 Sizzle is a waterproof food thermometer with a built-in magnet. Its rotating display suits either hand, readings arrive in about 3 seconds with ±0.5 °C accuracy, and the bright backlit screen is easy to read. Rated IP67 waterproof, it covers -49.9 to 299.9 °C and is supplied with a traceable calibration certificate.
