The Micronics Portaflow D650 is a portable Doppler flow meter for liquids carrying suspended solids or bubbles, such as sewage, sludge, slurries, abrasives, chemicals and pulp stock. A single clamp-on transducer mounts on pipes from 12.7 mm to 4.6 m ID and measures from outside the pipe, so the process keeps running. A 12 million point logger and free Windows software make it practical for wastewater and process surveys.
