Shaped like a pen, the ETI 810-260 is a compact digital catering thermometer with a stainless steel penetration probe and a thermistor sensor. It measures -49.9 to 149.9 °C at 0.1° resolution, and offers display hold and °C/°F selection. A probe cover with a built-in pocket clip is supplied so it can be carried safely between checks.
