The ETI 226-040 Therma 20 is a high-accuracy thermistor thermometer for catering kitchens where food temperatures must be checked precisely, such as during HACCP routines. It is supplied as the instrument only, so you can pair it with the Therma 20 probe that suits the task. Instrument accuracy is ±0.2 °C, with ±0.5 °C system accuracy from -24.9 to 109.9 °C.
