The ETI 221-018 is the white Food Check, a hand-held digital thermometer for routine catering checks and HACCP records. It is supplied with a food penetration probe on a 500 mm PTFE lead and measures -49.9 to 299.9 °C at 0.1 °C resolution with ±0.4 °C accuracy. The ABS case carries Biomaster antimicrobial protection and the unit is made in the UK.
