The ETI 221-038 is the green-cased Food Check thermometer, suited to kitchens that assign colours to food groups under HACCP. It reads -49.9 to 299.9 °C via the supplied food penetration probe, with 0.1 °C resolution and ±0.4 °C accuracy. The case has Biomaster protection, and three AAA batteries give around 10,000 hours of use.
