Brannan 10/640/0 is a 185 mm aviation fuel hydrometer reading 0.75 to 0.85 SG 60/60 °F, adjusted at 60 °F, with 0.002 divisions, accuracy 0.004 and a 16 mm bulb. It is a special purpose glass hydrometer for testing the density of jet fuels in the aviation industry, made in the UK from soda glass with steel shot ballast and synthetic wax resin, and supplied in a protective, resealable plastic tube.
