Brannan 10/530/0 is a 250 mm range finder hydrometer spanning 0.70 to 1.00 SG, for liquids lighter than water and of low surface tension. Its wide scale, in 0.005 divisions, gives a quick approximate specific gravity that is then used to choose the right narrow-range hydrometer for an accurate determination. Adjusted at 60 °F (15.6 °C), it is made in the UK and supplied in a protective, resealable tube.
