The Aim-TTi TGF4162 offers 160MHz on both of its identical channels, which can operate independently, coupled or tracking. High-resolution, low-jitter pulses, wide-band noise and a broad set of modulations with internal or external sources make it a strong choice for high-speed design labs. Gated, burst and sweep modes are also provided.
