The Rubert 615 is a type ASG-0.2 areal star pattern artefact with a 200 nm height, made by Rubert for the UK National Physical Laboratory's set of eight physical material measures for calibrating areal surface topography instruments. The star pattern geometry complements the cross gratings and irregular artefacts of the set. In-house UKAS calibration is not offered; calibration by other laboratories can be arranged on request.
