The Palmer Wahl RTC825 is a heavy duty Type K band probe for large diameter rolls, pipes and other curved surfaces. A flexible 0.25 x 5 in band, backed by a spring plate, conforms to the curve and can be used in static or sliding contact at surface speeds up to 600 ft per minute. It fits the TC829 series extension handle, and spare bands are available as RB825.
