The DST621_661 is the meter for the Digi-Stem DST621 and DST661 Series (probe sold separately). It adds a second 4-wire RTD, wired to an internal 4–20 mA transmitter, to the DST600 platform. The battery-powered primary RTD is the reference indicator, while the secondary runs on separate 24 V DC loop power to feed a recorder or control panel through a watertight Turck four-pin connector. It is designed for critical uses such as low acid canned food processing, meeting FDA 21 CFR Part 113 requirements for replacing mercury-in-glass thermometers.
