The DST500_Meter covers the battery-powered Digi-Stem DST500 and DST540 RTD thermometers, ordered with a separately built rigid, remote or adjustable angle probe. They read -200 to 800 °C, and the DST500 is USDA accepted equipment meeting 9CFR318.305 for canned meat and 9CFR381.305 for canned poultry. The DST540 swaps the standard polycarbonate H frame for stainless steel to resist RF interference and moisture.
