The DST500-FM is an intrinsically safe Digi-Stem RTD thermometer with FM approval for hazardous locations, limiting available energy below what could ignite a flammable gas or material, even under fault. Approval covers IS Class I, II, III Division 1 and Class I, II, III Division 2, Groups A–G, T4A at Ta = 70 °C, Type 4X. It measures -200 to 800 °C with fixed or remote probes built to order, and must be powered by the FM approved DSA3060 C cell.
