The OPTEX FA Z4R-400N is an industry standard-sized built-in amplifier retro-reflective sensor with NPN output, a 2 m cable (ø3.8 mm) and a sensing distance of 0.01 to 4 m. With IO-Link support, the Z4R-400N can report received light level and output status to a PLC through an IO-Link Master, and sensitivity, output mode and timer can be set over the network. OPTEX FA rates the Z4R-400N for sunlight up to 50,000 lx, about five times its conventional models.
