The C2DM-80N detects objects at 0 to 800 mm with a red LED spot of about ø30 mm at 800 mm; it is an NPN diffuse reflective model in the C2 Series. The C2DM-80N uses a brass housing with a 20 μm nickel coating against rust and a 2 m cable. Inside the C2DM-80N, a custom ASIC with an integrated power circuit helps protect against electrical damage from the supply line.
