Product Description

The Mitutoyo 568-470 Digital ABS Borematic is designed for direct internal-diameter inspection across the 2.0–2.5" (50.8–63.5 mm) range. Its three-point measuring system self-centres inside the bore, helping reduce the operator technique involved in finding the minimum reading with conventional two-point or dial bore gauges.

With ±.0003" (±6 µm) accuracy and .00005" (0.001 mm) resolution, the 568-470 provides direct digital measurements for bearing housings, hydraulic cylinder ports, pump housings, valve bodies, bored flanges and other precision components.

The snap-open lever allows the operator to squeeze, insert and release the measuring head inside the bore. The three contact points then self-centre against the internal diameter, allowing a quick reading during inspection.
