Matherne Pump Stroke Counters | 2- and 3-Pump Digital Stroke Rate Meters, IP66
Matherne pump stroke counters display stroke rate and accumulated total strokes for several mud pumps at once on low-power LCDs. The range covers the two-pump Model 1104/PS102 and the three-pump Models 1134 and PS106. Each unit runs from an internal battery with no external power, needs no calibration, and is housed in a waterproof stainless steel IP66 (NEMA 4X) enclosure with permanently etched labels for land and offshore drilling.

- Stroke rate from 8 to 350 SPM (Models 1104/PS102 and 1134); PS106 specification lists 8 to 240 SPM
- Low-voltage shutdown protects the LCDs at low battery voltage
- Operating temperature -40 to +180 °F
Systems can be configured with or without cables and junction boxes for permanent or portable installations, and can be combined with other Matherne/Innovative Electronics instruments in consoles.
