The Mark-10 G1100 is the large version of the parallel jaw grip, built for general tensile and pull tests at forces of up to 2,000 lbF (9 kN). Each serrated jaw adjusts on its own, so samples of uneven thickness can still be clamped squarely. Extended length jaws are offered for this grip when a longer clamping face is needed.
