The Mark-10 G1024 is a 5 in extension rod with a #10-32 thread, the longest #10-32 rod in the range. It fits between #10-32 force gauges, sensors, grips and attachments to add reach in a test setup. Mark-10 does not recommend the G1024 for compression, because misalignment under load could buckle the rod and damage the force sensor.
