Flexbar 13491 is the standard wing-shaped Visorguard shield, 16 in W x 8 in H, for the 3-axis universal mount interlocked system. It sits between the extra-wide and tall versions and guards mills, drill presses and band saws.
Key features
- Shield positions vertically, horizontally and in-and-out (3-axis)
- Horizontal post with bracket for attaching to the machine headstock
- Shield permanently fixed to a vertical post mounted through the Flexbar electrical interlocking device
- Cam-operated limit switch stops the machine when the shield is swung out of position
Includes attached wiring with flexible conduit for connection to the machine's safety circuit, which switches off control of spindle movement.
