The ETI 860-961 is a WiFi data logger kit for monitoring fridges, freezers, chill cabinets and food stores, supplied with food simulant probes so readings reflect product temperature. Readings can be viewed remotely and stored in a digital archive, and email alerts are sent when alarm limits are exceeded, supporting HACCP compliance. The kit includes a traceable calibration certificate, a magnetic mount and a silicone cover.
