The ETI 177-162 is the blue version of ETI's colour-coded type T penetration probe for the Therma 22 thermometer. Using a blue handle lets kitchens dedicate this probe to one food group as part of a colour-coded routine, reducing the risk of cross-contamination. It is suited to liquids, semi-solids and similar foods.
