The ETI 137-352 is a type T food simulant probe on a 3 metre lead. It gives ±0.2 °C accuracy in the -20 to 70 °C band and responds slowly on purpose, so its readings resemble the temperature of stored food. The longer lead allows the instrument to be mounted outside a fridge, freezer or cold room.
