ETI 123-028 | Heavy Duty Surface Temperature Probe | 90° Angle, Straight Lead, Type K

The ETI 123-028 heavy duty surface probe has its sensing face set at 90° to the shaft, which makes it easier to reach flat cooking surfaces such as griddles and hotplates. This version has a straight lead and a type K sensor with response under 1 second. Thermocouple accuracy is to BS EN 60584-1:2013; a straight probe version is available too.
