Emerson CPE100 / CPE115 PLC
Real-time application status, remote diagnostics, and a variety of communication methods are supported by the Emerson CPE100 and CPE115 PLCs. The Ethernet ports are equipped with sensors that can detect the link data rate (10 or 100Mbps), the communications mode (half- or full-duplex), and the cable configuration (straight-through or crossover) automatically.
The RSTi-EP remote I/O system, which begins with a base network adapter with a choice of the communication protocols PROFIBUS, PROFINET, EtherCAT, or Modbus, is intended to be used with the CPE100 and CPE115. However, it can use the PROFINET interface to connect to any Emerson I/O family. The same runtime as RX3i controllers can be used to make use of pre-existing application libraries and templates.
