A tiny data recorder, the Model STDL-10, measures temperatures precisely between -40 and 176°F (-40 and 80°C). Green and red LEDs are used to signal the programmed high and low alarms on this tiny, submersible data logger. It has a diameter of 0.7 in (18 mm) and a height of only 2.6 in (66 mm), yet it is capable of recording over 32,000 measurements. Data retrieval is made simple by the user-friendly DL700 software, which also offers user-selectable sample rates. With ease, the STDL-10 can be started, stopped, and started from a PC up to six months in advance.
