With a 19-13/32" (49.29 cm) insertion length, the Dwyer PAFS-1009 averaging flow sensor measures velocity pressure in the inlet section of variable air volume and fan terminal units. Beyond terminal units, the PAFS-1009 can detect differential pressure at various locations in main or branch ducts.

You can use a simple mounting flange with rectangular or round ducts.
Total pressure is sensed by the "H" port, and static pressure is sensed by the "L" port.
The differential, also known as velocity pressure, exists between these signals.
In order to fit box size diameters of 4 to 16" (10.16 to 40.64 cm), up to four sensing points and lengths of 3-5/32to 9-29/32" (8.02 to 25.62 cm) are available.
