The MAFS-40 from Dwyer's MAFS series is an aluminium averaging flow sensor (40" probe, K-factor 0.81) for measuring velocity pressure in ductwork. Total and static pressure points are spread evenly along the 40" probe, and the sensor is intended for use with Dwyer air velocity gauges, transmitters and switches.
- Accuracy for the 40" probe: ±2% FS from 400 to 9000 FPM (45.7 m/s)
- Flow window of the 40" probe: 400 to 12,000 fpm (2 to 60.91 m/s)
- Connects to 3/16" or 1/4" ID tubing through the MAFS-40 dual barb
- Rated to 400°F (204°C) with AA6063 aluminium wetted parts on the MAFS-40 (gasket -31 to 230°F / -35 to 110°C)
- MAFS-40 meets the technical requirements of EU RoHS II (2011/65/EU)
