Dwyer's HNV-SSS23B barstock needle valve has 3/8" female x male NPT ends and is used to isolate instruments from liquid or gas lines. The HNV-SSS23B uses 316 SS wetted parts with PTFE packing for corrosive service and a 316 SS tee handle for low-torque turning.
- Lock pin in the HNV-SSS23B body stops the bonnet disengaging unintentionally
- The HNV-SSS23B has been tested for thermal stability and vibration
- 3/8" NPT female x male connections; maximum temperature 464°F (240°C) for the HNV-SSS23B
- HNV-SSS23B pressure rating: 6000 psi (431 bar) at 200°F (93°C); 4000 psi (276 bar) at 464°F (240°C)
- Large seat area and precision threading give the HNV-SSS23B a tight shut-off
