The Photohelic® Switch/Gages offer a versatile solution, combining precise pressure measurement with highly repeatable pressure switches, built on the reliable Magnehelic® gage design. They accurately measure and control positive, negative, or differential pressures of air and compatible gases. Standard models are rated up to 25 psig (1.7 bar), with options available for 35 (2.4) or 80 (5.5 bar) psig. Additionally, single pressure 36000S models can measure up to 6000 psig (413 bar) with a 9000 psig (620 bar) rating.
Equipped with two phototransistor actuated, DPDT relays, these devices offer precise low/high limit control. Adjusting set points is made easy with knobs located on the gage face, and individual set point deadband is remarkably narrow, less than 1% of full scale, ensuring accuracy. Set points can also be interlocked for variable deadband, making them ideal for controlling fans, dampers, and similar applications.
Furthermore, the gage reading remains continuous and unaffected by switch operation, even during electrical power loss. They offer a wide range of full-scale pressure options, from a low 0-.25" (0-6 mm) w.c. up to 30 psi (21 bar), including single positive pressure up to 6000 psig (413 bar).
