Four blocks from 1.5 mm to 9.5 mm (375 mils) make up the DeFelsko STDP7 P7 certified polystyrene standard, which DeFelsko lists for PosiTector 6000 FHXS probes. Use it to verify the accuracy and operation of gauges measuring over 1500 µm (60 mils).
