With blocks from 2.5 mm up to 19 mm (750 mils), the DeFelsko STDP2 P2 polystyrene standard covers very thick coatings and is the set DeFelsko matches to PosiTector 6000 FJS probes. Use it to verify the accuracy and operation of gauges measuring over 1500 µm (60 mils).
