The DeFelsko STDCS01 is the CS1 certified plastic shim, a orange polyester foil with an approximate thickness of 25 µm (1 mil). Placed over a smooth zero plate or an uncoated substrate, it offers an economical way to verify electronic magnetic, eddy-current and ultrasonic coating thickness gauges.
