The DeFelsko RTKITXC is a Testex Digital Micrometer Kit supplied with X-Coarse replica tape only, three cartons in total. It contains everything required for surface profile measurement in the 40–115 µm (1.5–4.5 mils) X-Coarse range: a certified digital micrometer, two burnishing tools and a custom case. The micrometer applies the tape conversion automatically and stores 250 readings.
