The DeFelsko PTKITB PosiTest PT Basic Kit is for determining coating film hardness by the pencil (Wolff-Wilborn) test to ISO 15184 and ASTM D3363. It contains 14 graphite pencils from 6B to 6H, a custom aluminium sharpener and 400 grit sandpaper for flattening the leads. It suits quick evaluation of scratch resistance on paint, films, lacquers and resins; the Pencil Cart is not included.
