The DeFelsko PRBFNRS is the PosiTector 6000 FNRS probe, sold as the probe only, so a PosiTector gage body is required. It is a right-angle cabled combination probe for coatings on any metal in low-headroom areas, measuring coatings on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, recognising the substrate automatically over a 0–1500 µm (0–60 mils) range. Coating inspectors and QC staff fit it to an existing Standard or Advanced body, since every PosiTector body accepts every probe.
