The DeFelsko CHKITISO6X1 is a PosiTest CH kit for cross-cut testing to ISO 2409, equipped with a 1 mm, 6-tooth blade. ISO specifies this blade for coatings of 0–60 µm (0–2.3 mils) on hard substrates; for soft substrates such as wood and plaster DeFelsko advises the 2 mm blade instead. Paint shops and inspectors use it for quick adhesion checks.
