The Dakota PMX2-DL (PVX), part number Z-157-0006, is the greyscale model of the PMX precision thickness gauge pair. It uses a 1/8 VGA greyscale screen with a 62 x 45.7 mm viewable area, which gives a battery life of around 35 hours on alkaline cells.
The gauge shows thickness alongside A-Scan and B-Scan views and is aimed at thin materials in precision machining, stamping, aircraft, automotive and thin plastics work. It ships with a 1/4 in delay line transducer and two delay tips.
