The CONCOA 603 Series provides secondary pressure control on laser gas pipelines needing up to 250 PSIG (17 BAR). Its balanced stem seat keeps delivery pressure steady even as inlet pressure falls, while the stainless steel diaphragm suits high purity gas.
The 603 Series is not sold under one fixed part number: CONCOA configures it to order, and the outlet range, gauges, connections and options are specified when the order is placed.
- 40-micron 316L stainless steel internal filter
- 1/2 in FNPT inlet and outlet, 1/4 in FNPT gauge ports
- Max inlet 3000 PSIG (210 BAR), Cv 1.0
- PCTFE seat with PTFE internal seals
- Helium leak integrity 1 x 10⁻⁸ scc/sec
