The CONCOA 493 Series is a four-port 316L stainless steel line regulator for secondary regulation or point-of-use control of ultra-high purity and corrosive gases, at inlet pressures up to 6000 PSIG (415 BAR). Pressure is sensed by a piston assembly rather than a diaphragm for safe control at high inlet pressure.
No single part number applies: the series is configured to order, with outlet range, gauges, connections and factory-installed options specified at that point.
