The CONCOA 205 Series provides secondary or point-of-use pressure control of non-corrosive, liquefied and high purity inert gases (up to grade 4.5) in high purity distribution systems. Its bare body is rated to 3000 PSIG (210 BAR), so it can be used with high pressure cylinders. There is no fixed part number for the 205 Series; units are built to an ordering code that specifies outlet range, gauges, connections and options. Choices named by CONCOA include factory-installed options that turn it into a single station manifold, with or without purge.
