The CONCOA 203 Series handles final, low-pressure control of non-corrosive, liquefied or high purity inert gases (up to grade 4.5) fed from low inlet pressure sources. Delivery can be set as low as 0.1 PSIG (7 mBAR) and adjusted in steps down to 0.05 PSIG (4 mBAR), suiting near-atmospheric needs below 5 PSIG (350 mBAR). It is configured to order, so the delivery range, gauges, inlet and outlet connections and any options are selected at the time of ordering.

- 316L stainless steel diaphragm resists inboard diffusion
- Maximum inlet pressure (bare body): 200 PSIG (14 BAR)
- Body: Chrome-plated forged brass; bonnet: chrome-plated, die-cast zinc
