The Brannan LAB100 is a laboratory thermometer supplied ready fitted in a slot front protective case, which guards the standard 6.5 mm diameter glass thermometer against breakage while leaving the scale readable. Cases come in brass or stainless steel, with a suspension ring at the top and holes at the bulb end so the thermometer responds quickly to temperature. Stocked combinations use 305 mm thermometers from -10 to +50 °C up to -10 to +200 °C, plus a 150 mm total immersion version.
