Brannan ATW042 is a weld-in thermowell made from single piece drilled bar stock and built to the customer's specification. Welded into the line or vessel, it isolates the temperature instrument from the process media so the instrument can be removed without draining. It suits high velocity, high temperature and high pressure duties in oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation and water treatment.
Key features
- 1 1/2" process connection; 1/2" BSP or NPT female instrument connection
- 6.6 mm internal bore (others on request)
- SS 304, 316, 316L, Monel, Hastelloy C, Inconel or Duplex
- Insertion length to order; standard 57 mm extension
- Optional NACE MR-0175 compliance, MTC or wake frequency calculation
