Brannan 22/106/3 is a max min digital reading thermometer for use with Brannan batch sampling thermometers, monitoring samples in controlled storage. Its external sensor sits on a 2 m cable inside a bottle that holds a core temperature similar to the stored samples, so readings are not thrown by short-term fluctuations from thermostat cycling or door openings. The external probe reads -50 to +70 °C, the display unit -10 to +50 °C, with 0.1 °C resolution and a high/low alarm.
